Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal applicant will have experience handling personal injury litigation and will have a passion for helping injured clients through a difficult period in their lives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a self-starter and is looking to grow their career in a reputable law firm.

– Handle a personal injury litigation from signing the client through resolution of the case
– Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
– Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
– Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials
– Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
– Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
– Attend court hearings and depositions as necessary
– Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
– At least 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
– Admission to practice law in Tennessee (other states a bonus)
– Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
– Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
