Since joining the firm in 2022, Darcel has taken on an increasingly active role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff development, streamlining internal processes, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Darcel earned her Bachelor of Science in Integrated Studies with a minor in Communications from Middle Tennessee State University in 2022. She brings valuable firsthand experience in case management, client relations, and legal administrative support. Darcel strives to create an environment where employees feel supported, communication is effective, and clients receive exceptional service. She believes that strong leadership, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential to maintaining a successful legal practice.
Outside of the office, Darcel enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons, traveling, mixology, and event planning.
